Refund & Cancellation Policy

Only offers and payment methods shown as available at checkout can be purchased. Check the currency, total charge and billing period before authorizing payment.

Waffo Pancake is the Merchant of Record for purchases completed through its checkout. It handles payment, applicable sales taxes, receipts and payment-method details under its Buyer Terms and Privacy Policy.

You may request a full refund within 14 days of a charge, including a paid-trial charge, initial subscription payment or renewal payment. Submit the request through our support contact or, for a genuine purchase, the payment-support route on your receipt.

Mandatory consumer rights apply regardless of this policy. The payment provider’s Buyer Terms and the legally applicable consumer provisions also apply to purchases it processes.

Contact [email protected] with the account or checkout email, receipt or transaction ID, date and amount of the charge, and a brief explanation. Report duplicate or unauthorized charges and a paid service that was not delivered so they can be investigated.

Approved refunds return through the original payment method. The payment provider and bank determine processing time. Refunds may reverse the corresponding access or word allowance; consumed or refunded allowances cannot be used again.

Cancel before the next scheduled billing time to avoid the next recurring charge. Use the subscription-management link in the genuine payment receipt or customer portal. The account page will identify the applicable subscription-management route.

For the three-day paid trial, cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first monthly charge. Unless refunded or terminated for misuse, paid access continues until the cancellation effective time shown in the subscription record. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not by itself request a refund of an earlier charge.

Signing out, hiding history, closing a browser tab or deactivating an account is not a substitute for cancelling the subscription with the payment provider.

The offer charges $3.00 USD for 3 days with a 20,000-word allowance, then automatically renews as Pro at $19.90 USD per month unless cancelled before the trial ends. Applicable tax is shown before payment. The first monthly charge starts a fresh monthly allowance; unused trial words do not carry over. The trial is paid, not free. Checkout and the receipt show exact billing times.

For a genuine Paddle transaction, you can also use Paddle buyer support. For a different payment provider, use the provider identified on the actual receipt. Do not submit card numbers or passwords in a support request.
