We process account identifiers, email and profile details, password hashes for email accounts, sign-in sessions and linked login-provider identifiers. Writing requests can include source text, imported document text, settings, generated results, saved history and a Writing DNA profile. Usage, order, subscription, referral and security records support delivery, billing and abuse prevention.

We use this information to authenticate accounts, provide requested tools, save history and preferences, account for usage, administer purchases, respond to support requests and protect the service. Where applicable, processing relies on providing the requested service, legal obligations, legitimate interests in security and service administration, or consent where required. Publicly published blog articles and their author details can be read by visitors.

When you run an AI feature, relevant text and settings are sent from our server to the provider needed for that request. Enabled AI processors for this deployment: Ryne, DeepSeek, ZeroGPT. Different features may use different providers.

Providers may process data outside your country under their own terms and retention practices. We do not promise that every third-party provider excludes submitted text from training or retains no data. Avoid sensitive content unless you have confirmed that the actual provider and its terms meet your requirements.

Application hosting region: not yet published. Hosting, backup locations and processor arrangements must be confirmed before public operation.

Google sign-in is enabled; Google supplies the identity information required for your chosen sign-in. Only enabled services are used for the action you request. Provider-side policies also apply.

We keep transaction references, payment status and account entitlement records needed to deliver paid access. Complete card details are entered with the payment provider rather than stored by this application.

Only offers and payment methods shown as available at checkout can be purchased. Check the currency, total charge and billing period before authorizing payment.

Waffo Pancake is the Merchant of Record for purchases completed through its checkout. It handles payment, applicable sales taxes, receipts and payment-method details under its Buyer Terms and Privacy Policy.

The editor stores draft text and settings in sessionStorage for the current site and browser tab, so a reload can restore them. It normally lasts until that tab or session is closed; browser session restore can retain it longer. Financial-action recovery references are stored in localStorage. Local word counting runs in the browser. Authentication uses a same-origin HttpOnly cookie. See the cookie policy for controls.

Saved account, request, output, Writing DNA, quota and financial records are retained on the server to provide the service and keep required transaction or security history. There is currently no automatic age-based deletion schedule. Deleting a visible history entry hides it from account history and does not necessarily erase the underlying request or accounting records. Account deactivation is reversible and is not full data erasure. Backups and third-party provider records can have separate retention periods.

You can remove visible history entries, update or delete Writing DNA, and deactivate your account using available account controls. We may verify account ownership and retain records where necessary for legal, financial or security purposes. Clear this site’s browser storage to remove local drafts and action references. You may also have rights to complain to your local data-protection authority.

We use hashed passwords, server sessions and restricted administrator access. No service can guarantee absolute security. Do not use the service if you cannot lawfully provide the material being processed. This policy will be updated when material processing arrangements change; the revision date is shown above.
