Manage account and subscriptionFrequently asked questions
Why does a tool say it is not configured?
AI processing requires a provider configured by the site operator. Editing, importing text, and local text analysis are independent of paid generation. Configuration errors do not produce a substitute or simulated result.
Which file formats are supported?
TXT, DOC and DOCX files up to 10 MiB. Uploaded documents are converted to text; complex formatting may not carry over. PDF and OCR are not supported.
How are credits used?
Humanizer and plagiarism use one word per unit; AI detection uses half that, rounded up. Two free humanizer resubmissions share the original input allowance. Create/refine share 300,000 output words; translation separately has 300,000 input words. Paper review and DNA use no ordinary credits. Account shows actual usage.
Can I cancel a request?
Yes. Use Cancel request while processing. A provider may already have started work; refresh the account balance to see the final state. The original text and previous result remain in the editor.
Why was my text flagged as AI?
Detectors estimate writing patterns and can produce false positives or false negatives. A score is not proof of authorship. Review the text, sources, and drafting context together.
How do I recover my password?
Open Password recovery to check availability and request an email verification code. Recovery requires configured email delivery; local development mode does not send mail.
How do I remove saved data?
Delete individual history items in your account history and remove your Writing DNA from its editor. Account settings also supports reversible deactivation after recurring renewal is stopped. Deactivation does not erase retained records.
Where are my provider keys?
Provider credentials are configured only on the server. Public forms do not ask for API keys. If processing is unavailable, the site operator must update server configuration.
